I live in the united states, received the glue gun with a european plug 🔌 That i have no use for. Contact customer service got the run a round was told i would be emailed about it. Never received a email at all i noticed on my account a return was issued for it but i have to pay to send it back. It's not my mistake it's your mistake. Very disappointed and will never order again from the seller or site
